Es muy interesante el poder ver el equipo que utilizaban antiguamente para extracción de aceite de oliva, y además la producción de aceite balsámico. Nuestro guía fue Gonzalo y fue una experiencia 10/10, tiene mucha experiencia y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias!

Hasta le hizo un resumen de los pasos del proceso del aceite a nuestra hija que debía hacer una exposición en la escuela . Muy agradecidos con ella.
