The experience culminates in an exclusive tasting of four olive oils and four balsamic vinegars: a sensory journey that awakens the senses and reveals the deepest nuances of our terroir. The tasting is enriched with a selection of Mendocinian breads, blue cheese with grape jam, pategrás cheese, olives, a mix of fresh fruits, sun-dried tomatoes, and a selection of regional spreads, paired with two glasses of wine:
